Defying Gravity: My Outdoor Calisthenics Routine
Hello friends! Today I want to share with you some of the exercises that I normally do in my calisthenics workouts. Let's get to it!My Calisthenics Training RoutineThe first thing I do is ride my bike to public parks, where there are many bars. That's where I spend most of my time training. I always carry the essentials with me: hydration, resistance bands for warming up, parallel bands to practice handstands and other exercises, magnesium to prevent slipping on the bars, and of course, a tripod to record my progress.Warm-up and StretchingBefore starting, I do a series of stretches to activate my muscles. This is key to preventing injuries and preparing my body for the work ahead.Main ExercisesI start with pull-ups and muscle-ups, followed by dips and handstand push-ups. After this, I focus on practicing balance, holding my weight in one hand while in handstand. My goal is to maintain the position as long as possible and with the best posture.Dynamic and StaticIt is important to mention that in calisthenics there are static and dynamic exercises. Static ones involve staying in a position, while dynamic ones consist of repetitive movements. After practicing balance, I move on to dynamic exercises: I do twists or swings on the bars. It's like flying! Many call it that because, in essence, it is doing pirouettes on the bar, like a monkey, haha!Finishing with IntensityTo finish my training, I do a strict routine that leads to muscle failure. This includes pull-ups, push-ups, push-ups, dips, muscle-ups and variations with different grip changes or hand positions. The most important thing is that I do all these exercises with only my body weight. So friends, this is a little look at my calisthenics routine. Every workout is an opportunity to improve and challenge my limits. Do you dare to try some of these exercises? Let's go all out!
Adventure, Strength and Fantasy: My Life Beyond Training
Hey, friends! Today I want to share a bit about my passions and how I mix them into my daily life.First, let's talk about my love for sports. I'm a true fan of calisthenics. There's something incredible about challenging your own body with advanced exercises like the one-arm handstand or the planche. It's like a dance between strength and balance, and the satisfaction of nailing a new move is unbeatable! But it doesn't stop at calisthenics. I also love mountain biking. Imagine pedaling along trails surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, feeling the wind and enjoying nature. Each challenging route is a new opportunity to test my endurance and have unforgettable adventures. And when I'm not training, I dive into the world of reading. I'm fascinated by history and horror, but my true weakness is fantasy. There's something magical about losing yourself in worlds filled with extraordinary creatures and epic heroes. And, of course, I can't resist manga! Watching it animated is like reliving those stories in a whole new way.Plus, I'm a video game enthusiast and enjoy watching a good anime series from time to time. And let's not forget my fascination with technology and programming; I love exploring the language of computers. So, friends, this is a glimpse into what I do in my free time. While I have many hobbies, I confess that I spend more time training than doing anything else. But don't worry! Every workout is an adventure, and I'm here to share it with you. How about you join me on this journey full of challenges and fun? Let's go together!
